From Tsawwassen Ferry Terminal:

(visit website at www.bcferries.com)

1. Take route #17 North onto River Road
2. Continue over Alex Fraser Bridge & the Queensborough Bridge onto Stewardson Way
3. Follow Stewardson Way and turn right onto 3rd Avenue (ICBC sign on your right)
4. Proceed over the overpass onto Quayside Drive
5. At the 4-way stop intersection, turn left (do not go over the second overpass)
6. The hotel is on your right.

From the Horseshoe Bay Ferry Terminal:

1. From the ferry terminal take Highway #1 - East (Upper Levels Highway)
2. Follow through North Vancouver
3. Cross over the Iron Workers Memorial Bridge
4. Continue on Highway #1 through Burnaby
5. Take Exit #33 Canada Way (after the exit turn left @ the light)
6. Continue on Canada Way into New Westminster
7. Once in New West. Canada Way changes names to 8th Street
8. From 8th Street at the bottom of the hill turn left on Columbia Street
9. Then turn right on Begbie Street
10. Cross OVER the train tracks to your right (past the Public Market)
11. We are on the right side of the market over the water
12. 900 Quayside Drive

From the Canada / USA Border:

1. Take highway #99 to route #91 (Exit #16 off of Highway #99)
2. Follow the directional signs leading to New Westminster
3. Continue on route #91, which will take you over the Alex Fraser Bridge & the Queensborough Bridge onto Stewardson Way
4. Turn right onto 3rd Avenue (ICBC sign on your right)
5. Proceed over the overpass onto Quayside Drive
6. At the 4-way stop intersection, turn left (do not go over the second overpass)
7. The hotel is on your right

From the Airport:

1. Follow the directional signs leading to Richmond & Vancouver going over the Arthur Laing Bridge
2. Take Marine Way East
3. Follow Marine Way, pass under the Queensborough bridge onto Stewardson Way keeping in the right lane
4. Continue until you reach Columbia Street (same road – changes names) and turn right onto 3rd Avenue
5. Proceed over the overpass onto Quayside Drive
6. At the 4-way stop intersection, turn left (do not go over the second overpass)
7. The hotel is on your right

From the Trans-Canada Highway – travelling Westward:

1. Travel West on Highway #1 across the Port Mann Bridge
2. Take Brunette Exit South
3. Follow Brunette Avenue onto Columbia Street, passing under the Patullo Bridge
4. Turn left onto Begbie Street and go over the train tracks
5. Follow the road past the Casino and Public Market
6. The hotel is on your left

From the Trans-Canada Highway – traveling Eastward:

• Travel east on Highway #1 and take Brunette Exit South
• Follow Brunette Avenue onto Columbia Street, passing under the Patullo Bridge
• Turn left onto Begbie Street and go over the train tracks
• Follow the road past the Casino and Public Market
• The hotel is on your left
